Tilly gave a loud 'feh' to voice her disapproval of the sudden shift in brim-angle, which she remedied rather adeptly by raising her chin to look out from under it.
"You absolute villain." She flicked her fingers, as well as some malicious droplets of water, at the face of Blood. "You bully the poor woman tasked with your care?" She brought her wrist back to readjust the brim and let her chin back down,
She took the pulp up in her bare balms with nothing less than a grimace and a questioning look to Blood, "I grind this up and stick in your skin, is that it?"
She rose to her knees and scooted to the crate and its box up top, reaching in to rifle through its contents, "You can't call me a robber and then extort me with dinner and wine. Though, if you were paying..." She trailed off, squishing the pulp between her fingers before dispensing it into the mortar to be grinded,
"Frederick was a year older than I, Gerald was a year younger, Harvey two, Laurence a year after Harvey; Ida was my sister, and the youngest of us, about five or so years my junior. My parents were a... busy couple, you could imagine. I looked after the bunch. Now,"
She turned and pivoted the pestle into the pulp in the mortar, "You're setting us up a precedent, see; I answer as deeply as you do," She narrowed her eyes at him as she blended the pulp, "What happened to your sister? And your other brothers?"

"Bite me, lov`" He spoke in a thick English accent, miming Tilly's, as he splayed his arms out challengingly as he flexed his meager chest before he laughed it away and cleared his throat, refocusing on the task at hand for a moment; indeed, the brief flex sent a shiver of pain radiating from the cut and a teardrop of blood spilled out and trailed down his side.
He cleared his throat, his neck tensing in slight acknowledgement of the pain, before he rolled a pointing finger in a flourish; akin to a circular motion. "Yeah, yeah... Make sure to try and keep the grind even? Circular motions, y'know? Then spread it ontop of he wound, inside just a smidge but... try not to pull out my guts, Ok?" He held out his palm to mime the mortar, and used a fist to mimick the pestle in the predescribed motions.
After his point was made, he let his arms rest at his sides, "Ahhhh corrr, of course I'm paying. When have I not been paying?" He jested a complaint with a shrug, though he batted aside the sass, "I jest, it would be my privilege. It would make me happy to treat you to a dinner, and I think I've gotten a solid contact for wine." He nodded, smiling sincerely with hospitality. "Perhaps later, though, I've an expedition I'd like to run by you..." His tone donning a more businesslike venture before he sighed, the words disappearing like vapor from an engine.
"Ah, but what a lovely host of names... 'Aught to tell me of your Mother and Father, if they were so ample in the loins." He chuckled and cleared his throat, staving off a frown at her question as he contemplated the words.
"Fair, fair... My Sister, Victoria. She died of an illness hundreds of surgeons, alchemists, medicine men, and witches couldn't pin down. I'd thought it to be leprosy, or The Black Death, but nary really seemed to fit it. She was healthy as an ox, but she simply... bled her life away from every pore in her body." He frowned, his eyes drifted away and stared aimlessly at a distant cobblestone, "She died before my brother Gus stormed my keep." He sighed, scratching at his temple with his thumb, "The others Karl and Brucellus... Brucellus died defending my keep, and Karl died long before, in my mother's womb." He admitted with a forlorn grumble, raising a brow
"What a wonderfully chipper topic to remind me of my own mortality, Tills, much obliged." He scoffed, looking down at the wound, "Damn this is going to sting..." He predicted.

"It won't sting if you'd just quit gawking at it." Tilly scowled and huffed pointed and jabbed the pulpy pestle threateningly in his direction, in half-genuine impatience but also for the cruel assault on her own accent.
"That's... rather tragic? Brothers killing brothers, hrm. Your poor sister, too. Sounds awfully painful, can't say I envy..." She settled down onto her feet and quirked a frown, stirring the poultice with two of her own liberatingly clean fingers. She rolled up a sizable mound and held it on the pads of her fingers.
Her green gaze flitted up to him and she shrugged, "Ah, sorry, but..." She dabbed the pulp onto the meat of the cut, gingerly, "I'd consider me to be the least fatal thing to, y'know, remind you of your mortality."
"My parents were called Calvin and Alva, simple names. I hardly knew them; I had this governess, Margerie, who looked after us sprouts. She was French, loud, abrasive, and fat as a house. She made some honorable attempts to teach me French, and, well... you know how that went, if you remember." She gave another glance to the wound and said,
"Does that look all right to you?" She eyed it uncertainly.

He bared his teeth, bracing for some pain; though he let out a plaintively relieved, if not a bit exagerated, sigh therein of relief as he felt the sooth of the Crow's Foot settle in. "Ah yeah... feels right, at least." He chuckled, giving her a wink, "Your dexterous hands getting all o'er my lovely scars." He humm'd and shook his head, "Don't tell your knight that, I don't fancy getting a fist in my jaw again. Least don't help him." He smirked then cleared his throat, looking down in earnest to examine it.
"Looks fancy, keep at it. Fair point, on mortality and all that." He exagerrated a wince.
He gave an affirming grunt of satisfaction before he looked back up to Tilly, "Calvin and Alva... a cute a pair as any, it seems." He decided, though rose a brow at the governess' name, "Margerie then..? I'll be sure to hire her instead of you next time I encounter French bloody bandits." he swore at their name, shaking his head. "It still itches, y'know? When they shot me...isn't Grace your friend too? You need to find friends better at patching people up." He grumbled, his left hand going back to rub the scars.
"How are things... between you and that Ox lord anyhow? Figured you'd run off to his kingdom on a white horse, in his white armor, shinin` in the horizon light by now" //

"Now, now, the brothel's in another building, you should know." Tilly tsked at him, with a pause as she rubbed the fragrant oil between her fingers, then she looked to him with another dastardly grin as she began to tease, "Have you ever employed its services? What, with you being the hound you are. There was a time when you'd plowed or attempted to plow half the people I knew, remember?"
She clicked her tongue and smeared the residual paste onto the lip of the mortar's rim, "I'd take her, Grace, over your Crowgazer any day. She doesn't have to go rifling around in my guts to heal me, unlike that doctor of yours."
She let the mortar down on the crate and came to rest, too, beside him, with her back against the crate, She crossed one ankle over the other as she spoke, "It helps to not give in and scratch at them, I've found. Helps keep it off the mind when it's not an option for you."
She let her left hand drape about her right shoulder, as she turned her gaze to the ceiling, "He's... ah, not exactly who I thought he was, to be vague about it."
She gave a pause and then spoke, "I'd tell you if you promised not to tell a soul."

"I... " He humm'd, contemplating his own decision with a light laugh, that only intensified as he spoke, "Would you... heh, believe me if I told you... I ah, only just found out about that?" He broke to a fair laugh, as ever, sounding like the bubbling of wine in a crystal as he indulged in the terrible lack of information despite his tastes.
"A-although, I'll be honest... I've no interest anymore." He admitted, as his laugh subsidized and he waved away the thought, with a few passing words, "I-eheh-I think I've been... been punished enough for divulging in my sin." He harumphed, his smile subsided to a halfwise smile and frown as he shrugged in defeat, laugh finally giving away.
"My Crowgazer is very skilled, though... Fair enough, it hurts like the hells itself were on my skin for those few moments." He shrugged, "Although, I'd be worried just where that magic is coming from... Tell me when you've seen magic be so one-sidedly good, eh?" He warned, it was a half jest though there was a sincerity as he leaned in and raised a warning finger before leaning back so his face wouldn't be so uncouthly close to her chest.
He contemplated her advice, and proposal, as he nodded; a seriousness came about him that was strangely befitting his typical sly nature, but it came as a surprise all the same. "I do..." He said simply, as he brought a hand to his chest, bowing as best he could from his sat position. "... I'll mention it only with you, you've my word." He cleared his throat,
"Given our experience, I swear not to tell even this without a soul." He offered a complimentary reassuring smile, in a jab to keep the mood somewhat light. He prepared for the worst, however; sympathy was ready to bear, as was plain in his face. //

The slap was still feeble, Libourg finding it quite adorable and cute. His smile only enlarged as a result and he rubbed the top of his head against the passing hand, "Heh.." Libourg chuckled lowly in his throat, shuffling his form downward a little. Instead of trying to wake her, he wrapped his arms around her back and embraced her closer to his chest, looking up at the ceiling quietly.
