FULL NAME
Prescott Helland
Resolve level: 0
-Appearance
Age: 39
Sex: Cis Male
Physical Description:
Standing at 5'8" (or roughly 177cm) and weighing 254lbs (115kg) Prescott might not be the tallest, but he's certainly built like a brick wall. When not in armour, he keeps his chin length, slightly wavy light brown hair tied back in a short ponytail. His skin is tanned with faint freckling and his arms sport black banded tattoos (damaged due to some heavier scarring) along his upper biceps, a slightly faded compass tattoo on the right side of his chest, 32 stick n poke tally marks on his wrist, and a decorative ship with the banner that reads "Homeward Bound" heavily tattooed on the entirety of his upper back. There's a long deep scar that starts from under the left side of his jaw that tapers to the bridge of his nose that causes his smiles to often be a bit uneven. His eyes are grey, his brows are very thick and more often than not he seems to be in need for a shave.
Attire:
In armour he wears a thick blue-grey gambeson over leather plates, a utility belt sporting his rope and hook as well as a few various other tools including a few small smoke bombs and a small pouch of salt. He has a harness for his hatchet on his back that is connected to his pauldrons and thick leather gloves and boots. His helm hooks a cowl that covers his face when in use.
When not in full armour he wears a light short sleeved shirt but keeps his utility belt as storage.
-Biography
Quirks:
+ Lurker

+ Precise Striker
- Anemic
- Slowdraw
- Meditative
Backstory Synopsis:
A young up and coming sailor in line to join the newly formed Norwegian Navy comes home after 3rd expedition out to sea to imprisonment after a relatively violent spat with his former Captain and crew mates. After escaping the country he took up hunting bounties for money and to learn how to look for the men who've set him up for ruin.
Full Backstory:
Prescott grew up in a coastal town of Norway, living in and helping take care of his Father's Inn with his older sister. He'd always been enamoured with the sea (even after losing a younger brother to it in an unfortunate fishing accident) and snuck away from home in his late teens to join any ship that would hire and train him. It took a couple nights, but he finally had weaseled himself aboard a shipping vessel where they began teaching him on his first voyage out. He took to the experience very well with him starting work in the galley and quickly learning the typical ins and outs of most other positions aboard the ship barring the higher ranks, and making well enough acquaintances with some on board during the long voyage to and from it's destination. Nearing the end of his second expedition, the Captain fell ill and passed, leaving ownership to his First Mate. His third expedition out was not as smooth sailing, with a change towards more unsavory business practices and Prescott thought of a slight career change to the much more honourable recently started Navy of his home country. During a stop in port, an argument between him and the Captain and after things began to escalate one of his fellow crewmen ended up dead and the blame suspiciously fell upon a beaten and bloodied Prescott. He was arrested by morning and the ship and crew vanished before he could be tried. With his sentence drawing nearer, Prescott took advantage of the good will of one of his jailors and broke out, fleeing the country as quickly as he could. He started doing odd jobs at first to make cash, but took to anonymously cashing in bounties he'd learn about while scouting for information about his previous Captain and crew. After many years being a full time hunter, he'd caught wind of a tale of a drowned crew haunting the coast of an infamous estate.

Misc. Notes:
- Prescott usually has a stern and quiet air about him until he really gets to know you, it's unlikely he'll start much of a conversation. That's not to say that he's unapproachable, he's just more content to observe then talk.
- His face scar is very visible whenever his either has his cowl pulled down or his helmet off. It does affect the way he smiles and frowns.
- Will often quietly sit in the corner of the Tavern to watch and listen to everyone around him. He might look like he's brooding all alone over there and while that's sometimes right it's more a habit he'd picked up from his job. It's not often that he'll drink enough to actually get drunk though, despite how long he usually stays.
- Likes to work out during the day and can sometimes be caught shadow boxing.
- He likes to bring a pouch of salt on him (mainly for flavoring food.)
- He has a distinctive snort whenever he laughs.
