Summary:
The clock is ticknig, counting minutes till the 21 of June, the day of the Solstice.
Trough the heroic efforts of Paladin Valeria and Mistress Talea, an evil intent was found brewing in the Ruins. Slaves,brought in from far and wide, gathered by cultists for the unholy sacrifice, one of the biggest yet to be performed. To stop this vile gathering from ever succeding in execution of this plan and to save the innocent men from their terrible fate - a group of brave men and women must answer the call.
Go deep into the unholy lair of the Cultists, slay all that get in the way, save the people and lead them safely into the Hamlet.
Try to find out what you can if you can. People come first but knowledge of the "why" may give us some insight into this unholy designt.
The ammount of slaves being pulled into the Ruins allows one to assume that the Man behind the Cult will be present at the sacrifice. Should you kill him, the Cult will be in dissarray for a long time.
Heir is willing to put a lot of money on the line for the success of this mission, and urgency only raises that ammount. Reward is high...but the risk is equal to it.
May the Light or whatever Gods you pray to guard you on this mission.
Expedition Details:
Difficulty: Adaptive to the ammount of people participating: the more - the easier. But as it is, not gonna lie - its going to be hard. Grave injuries or death are possibilities.
Goals:
- Infiltrate the Cultist's Base
- Find the Slave Pens
- Release and escort Slaves back to the Hamlet before the Midnight.
Additional Goals:
- Find the purpose behind the Sacrifice
- Kill every Cultist in sight.
- Kill the Leader of the Cultists
Rewards:
Participation in the expedition (upon its successful completion)= 10000 - 20000+ gold to the group
Finding the purpose behind the sacrifice = 1000 gold to the group
Killing the Leader of the Cultists = 5000 gold to the group
